Delivery information
Although all our jewellery is handmade to order it doesn’t mean you have to wait an age to receive it. We’re proud to say that in most cases your order will be despatched within 10 working days of order receipt. When you order you will find a question about when the item is needed. This enables us to prioritise if we have a rush of orders. If there is a reason why we cannot meet your timescale we will contact you immediately. If you require an item urgently, please contact us as we can often make things sooner.

As a small business we find that Royal Mail offers the best service so all orders are despatched by that company.

International orders are sent via the International Track and Trace service. Speed of delivery for international orders is not something we can influence however.
